Pasquale’s mama, Rosa DiSalvo raised four boys in Sicily and she started Pasquale and his 3 brothers in the kitchen at an early age. His mom taught her sons the family recipes which have been passed down through generations and she shared the importance of sitting down as a family to a fresh homemade meal.
